Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing NexVerse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software and network.

2. Open Source License

The NexVerse client software is distributed under the MIT License. You are free to audit, modify, and distribute the client code within the parameters of said license. Sever infrastructure components remain proprietary where necessary for network integrity.

3. Prohibited Conduct

While our network is decentralized and encrypted, you agree not to use NexVerse for:

  • Disrupting network operations or deploying denial-of-service attacks against our edge nodes.
  • Reverse engineering the cryptographic core to inject malicious exploits.

4. Non-Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". We make zero guarantees regarding network uptime, data persistence, or absolute resistance against state-level threat actors, despite our extreme hardening standard.
